here's what you can expect

DAY ONE
The ceremony setup will be in a circular ceremony design. Circular ceremony seating is a wedding trend in 2025 and 2026 that is unique and eye-pleasing. Since this will be an intimate wedding setup with 15=20 or so guests, we want it to feel intimate and inclusive. This set up with be overlooking the ocean and arch rock.
The florals will focus on creating a soft, organic and garden-inspired setup with soft hues surrounding the mini isle and guest seating. The flowers pictured will not be the exact florals due to seasonal florals-- the images reflect the overall inspo.
We will be documenting our model couple exchanging vows at a glacial lake. We will also be taking portraits here after vows with our couple

CROOK POINT is a private family estate + wedding venue on the Southern Oregon Coast that was established c. 1852.. We will be shooting on the main lawn (Arch Rock lawn), a private beach and other areas of the property.

EVENING
After the cerrmony + detail photos, we will then go to Byrdie's beach, an exclusive and private beach that is connected to our lodging only. We will shoot at Byrdie's beach early evening/golden hour and then make our way back to shoot our tablescape. The tablescape will be on the Byrdie's beach house lawn.

We will be joining our model couple as they exchange vows during sunrise on the oregon coast over a dramatic view at Cape Ferrelo viewpoint.
hike to ceremony location
We will travel 30 minutes east of Brookings to a redwood forest trail for our couple to document the magical redwoods of souther oregon for portraits.
evening portraits
After the redwood trail, we will travel to one of southern Oregon's most iconic beaches for elopement for beach portraits and blue light portraits.

Once you submit your inquiry form, I will respond with a contract and invoice. You will have 24 hours to sign the contract in order to secure your spot.
SIGN THE CONTRACT + pay the retainer
Because my content days are limited in spots, it is first come first serve. Once you sign the contract, pay the retainer that will go towards the total cost of your ticket. Then you're all in!
before the shoot
Prior to the shoot, I will keep in touch with every attendee as I create a group chat with all of the details of location, a timeline, etc. Content Retreats will have a Google Doc with a more thorough timeline and tips. A content day will have a group chat with all the information that you need for the day of.

WHERE IS THE CLOSEST AIRPORT?
There are a lot of options for airports, depending on your budget. The closest international airport is the Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport, which is about two and a half hours away from Brookings. There is also the Del Norte County Regional Airport in California, which is a 30 minute drive from Brookings.

How much traveling will there be?
Lodging is included on Crook Point's site/property ONLY for the Bundle Deal and the Crook Point shoot for two nights on October 6th and 7th.
Only registered guests are allowed to join the photoshoot as per Crook Point's policies. If you are only attending Day 2, lodging is not included. Spots for lodging are limited for only 8 attendees and are first come first serve.

The non-refundable deposit is $500 and goes towards the total cost of the ticket.
Only minimal walking on the trails to get to the locations for Day 2!
You will want a rental car or split one with other attendees! The drive from the airport to Crook Point and Brookings area will be dependent on where you are flying in from. All locations within Day 1 and Day 2 are less than a 10 minute drive.
Do you accept payment plans?
Absolutely! The contact form below asks how much payments you'd prefer when you sign up!
Can I only come for one of the days?
Yes. However lodging is not included if you only book for Day 2.
